Tania Paz is the Operational Manager at Latino Family Institute, (LFI). Tania is an innovative and driven accounting professional with over 15 years of experience.  

 

Prior to working with LFI, She worked for 6 years as a Jr. Associate for Velazquez & Associates, an accounting firm.  Some of her responsibilities were Tax Return preparation (Individual & Corporate), Tax problems, Bookkeeping, Payroll & Tax Compliance, and Incorporation. 

 

Tania joined the LFI team on June 2008 as Accounting Clerk and assistant to former CFO. Tania is responsible for Accounting & Bookkeeping functions, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, Payroll Preparation & Tax Compliances and HR.
